Ingredients:

  • Taquitos
  • Enchilada sauce
  • Cheese
  • Jalapeños (optional)
  • Refried beans (for the side)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Your Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toast the Taquitos: Toast your taquitos to get them nice and crispy. This will add an extra crunch to your enchiladas.
  3. Prepare the Baking Dish: Place the toasted taquitos in a Pyrex pan.
