Budget-Friendly Feast at Olive Garden: How to Feed Your Family for Less
Eating out with the family can be expensive, but Olive Garden offers some great budget-friendly options. Here’s how we fed our family on the cheap:
First, we ordered the Chicken Alfredo and split it. Then we got a kids’ meal pizza with a side of spaghetti noodles in white sauce, making it like a mac and cheese. The kids’ sides are generous, almost the same size as regular meals!
Let’s check in with Val. “Are you full?”
“Half the mac and cheese and a breadstick… another breadstick… actually, I don’t want any more!”
“I’m still eating my half of the mac and cheese. After this, I could have a breadstick and then the Andes mints. I’ve had my pasta, two breadsticks, and chicken.”
“One slice and a half,” adds Bud.
We also had leftover pasta, breadsticks, and pizza for the kids if they wanted more.
Our total? Just $41.19! The kids’ meals cost extra for the Chicken Alfredo, but it’s worth it. Plus, Olive Garden offers a $6 take-home entree with various options. It’s a great deal if you want to bring some food home!
